Executive Summary¶

The Procurement Academy Lifecycle Overview defines the operating path from learning needs assessment to learning recommendations and lessons learned. It aligns Learning, Intelligence, Organization, Compliance, Opportunity, Bid, Analytics, and Notification with Practices, Digital Professionals, AIOS orchestration, progress review, events, exceptions, and KPIs.

Why This Exists¶

Learning is a continuous operating lifecycle. Beginners need an ordered path from basic tender concepts to practical procurement participation, with recommendations linked to real work and progress measured professionally.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Procurement Academy coordinates the lifecycle, with supporting Practices contributing within their ownership boundaries.

Business Value¶

The lifecycle improves learner confidence, procurement maturity, readiness, bid quality, and organizational learning.

Operating Principles¶

Learning owns learning state, progress, courses, modules, lessons, videos, interactive lessons, quizzes, practical exercises, tutor sessions, certificates, learning paths, procurement maturity assessments, knowledge gaps, and learning recommendations.
Intelligence may tutor, explain, recommend, summarize, and support reasoning, but Learning owns accepted learning records.
Organization owns organization profile, business context, capabilities, services, products, regions, and procurement preferences that may inform learning recommendations.
Compliance may trigger learning needs from readiness gaps, expired documents, tender-specific blockers, and corrective actions, but it does not own learning records.
Opportunity may trigger learning needs from tender discovery, qualification gaps, briefing requirements, and opportunity risk, but it does not own learning records.
Bid may trigger learning needs from proposal gaps, SBD issues, submission defects, loss feedback, and lessons learned, but it does not own learning records.
Analytics owns reporting views, KPI snapshots, learning performance summaries, and executive insights, but not learning source records.
Notification owns reminders, escalation delivery, read status, communication history, and notification preferences.
