Tender source monitoring Monitor public and private tender sources through Opportunity-owned workflows.
Tender aggregation support Support operational review of aggregated tender records.
Tender indexing review Review tender categorization, metadata, documents, deadlines, and briefing requirements.
Tender requirement analysis Interpret key eligibility, scope, document, submission, and evaluation requirements.
Tender matching review Review fit against organization capabilities, services, products, regions, and preferences.
Tender qualification support Assess whether an opportunity is suitable for further pursuit.
Tender recommendation review Review and explain recommended opportunities.
Bid/no-bid support Provide structured decision support before Bid Management begins.
Tender risk assessment Identify deadline, eligibility, compliance, capacity, pricing, and delivery risks.
Briefing tracking support Coordinate awareness of compulsory and optional briefing sessions.
Deadline awareness Coordinate priority and urgency signals for tender deadlines.
Opportunity handoff Prepare context for Bid Management when the customer chooses to pursue.
