Why This Exists¶

Algosure must help customers learn procurement while they operate. Beginners need structured courses, videos, interactive lessons, quizzes, tutor support, practical exercises, and maturity review connected to real compliance, opportunity, and bid work.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Procurement Academy owns most learning processes. Executive Office, Business Intelligence, Compliance, Procurement Intelligence, and Bid Management contribute within their operating boundaries. Domains retain source fact ownership.

Business Value¶

This process wave improves procurement literacy, reduces avoidable errors, helps beginners participate in tenders with confidence, and links learning recommendations to real procurement work.

Compliance may trigger learning needs from readiness gaps, expired documents, tender-specific blockers, and corrective actions, but it does not own learning records.
Opportunity may trigger learning needs from tender discovery, qualification gaps, briefing requirements, and opportunity risk, but it does not own learning records.
Bid may trigger learning needs from proposal gaps, SBD issues, submission defects, loss feedback, and lessons learned, but it does not own learning records.
