Why This Exists¶
This document defines Supplier Domain entities with identity.

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Clear entities support supplier sourcing, quote coordination, performance tracking, trust evaluation, and preferred supplier strategy.

Entity Rule¶
Supplier entities must not overwrite Organization profile data, Marketplace listing data, Contract delivery state, or Intelligence recommendation records.
