Practice Governance¶
Why This Exists¶
This document defines how Practices are governed in the Algosure Digital Procurement Company.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Practice governance ensures that capabilities, SOPs, Digital Professionals, workflows, and KPIs remain aligned to business outcomes and domain ownership boundaries.
Governance Responsibilities¶

| Cross-practice collaboration | Events, workflows, meetings, and Executive Office coordination manage handoffs. |
| Domain alignment | Practices must respect source-domain ownership of business facts. |
Executive Office Governance¶
The Executive Office governs coordination across Practices.
- Ari coordinates Practice priorities and procurement leadership.
- Ava manages approvals, schedules, reminders, executive administration, and coordination workflow.
- Executive Office ensures that Practice work is visible, prioritized, and connected to customer goals.

Governance Rules¶
- No capability should exist without an owning Practice.
- No repeatable operational workflow should exist without an SOP.
- No Practice should operate without KPIs.
- No Practice should mutate facts owned by another domain outside approved commands or workflows.
- No Digital Professional should operate outside assigned Practice responsibilities and guardrails.
Review Cadence¶
Practice governance should support:
- Daily operational briefings where needed.
- Weekly Practice performance review.
- Executive Office review of cross-practice blockers.
- Monthly capability and KPI review.
- Quarterly Practice model review.
