This document defines Platform Administration governance.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Governance Rules¶

Administration Domain owns administration records and workflows.
Identity owns authentication and authorization enforcement.
Billing owns subscription and entitlement facts.
Organization owns tenant and business profile facts.
Notification owns delivery state.
Analytics owns reporting models.
Platform Administration coordinates, configures, and reviews but does not own source facts.
