The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value

Lifecycle control ensures Digital Professionals are designed, tested, governed, reviewed, and improved before operating with higher autonomy.

Lifecycle States

State	Meaning
Draft	Profile, Practice alignment, capabilities, and guardrails are being defined.
Pilot	Professional is tested in limited workflows with close review.
Operational	Professional executes approved workflows under defined SOPs and authority.
Optimized	Professional is improved through KPI review and feedback.
AI-Augmented	Professional uses advanced reasoning, memory, and tools under guardrails.
Autonomous	Professional executes defined workflows with high autonomy, auditability, and human override.
