Practices Overview¶
Why This Exists¶
This document defines Practices as the operating departments of the Algosure Digital Procurement Company.
Algosure is not tender software. Algosure is the world's first AI Digital Procurement Company. It gives each customer a Digital Procurement Company made up of Practices, Digital Professionals, Business Capabilities, SOPs, Organizational Memory, AI reasoning, executable workflows, and continuous learning.
Practices define how the Digital Procurement Company is organized to work.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Practices make Algosure operationally understandable. They turn the platform from a feature list into a professional procurement company model with departments, accountable capability ownership, performance measurement, repeatable work, and executive coordination.

Architecture Mirror Principle¶
The Practice model is an expression of the Architecture Mirror Principle. The software architecture must mirror the organizational architecture. Practices are not decorative labels; they define how business capabilities, Digital Professionals, SOPs, events, and KPIs are organized.
