Milestone	Delivery checkpoint or scheduled contract event.
Deliverable	Output, obligation, or service to be delivered under contract.
Supplier Coordination Record	Contract-specific supplier coordination activity.
Variation	Approved or proposed change to scope, timing, cost, or delivery terms.
Invoice	Contract-related invoice record.
Payment	Payment record linked to invoice or contract financial context.
Performance Record	Record of contract performance metric or health indicator.
Contract Risk	Risk affecting contract delivery, timing, finance, supplier performance, or closeout.
Closeout Record	Record of final contract completion and review.
Contract Lesson Learned	Learning captured from contract delivery or closeout.
