Executive Reporting Process Wave 1¶
Executive Summary¶
The Executive Reporting process wave defines how Algosure prepares executive reports, briefings, decisions, risk escalations, performance reviews, approval agendas, Board Room sessions, and strategy meetings for the customer as CEO of their Digital Procurement Company.
Why This Exists¶
The customer needs an executive operating cadence, not raw dashboards. Algosure must convert source-domain facts and Practice performance into clear briefings, decisions, risks, KPIs, action items, approvals, and strategic reviews.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Executive Office owns executive coordination, agenda, decision framing, and action tracking. Business Intelligence owns KPI collection and insight generation. Analytics owns reporting models, dashboards, snapshots, and insight records. Source Domains retain source fact ownership.
Business Value¶
This process wave improves leadership control, decision speed, approval discipline, risk response, performance visibility, and strategic alignment across the Algosure Digital Procurement Company.

Operating Principles¶
- Executive Office owns executive coordination, briefing cadence, meeting agenda, decision framing, approval agenda, risk escalation coordination, Board Room review, and executive action tracking.
- Analytics owns reporting models, KPI definitions, dashboards, snapshots, insight records, trend views, and performance summaries.
- Source Domains own source facts. Executive Reporting may reference facts but does not become source of truth.
- Intelligence may explain, summarize, reason, and recommend, but does not own facts or final decisions.
- Notification delivers briefing reminders, approval reminders, meeting reminders, and action follow-up notifications, but does not own executive decisions or source facts.
- AIOS orchestrates context, delegation, reporting workflow, approvals, events, reminders, audit evidence, and memory proposals.
- Humans remain accountable for decisions, approvals, priority changes, risk acceptance, and strategic direction.
- Reports must distinguish facts, insights, recommendations, risks, assumptions, and decisions.
