Executive Reporting KPIs

Executive Summary

Executive Reporting KPIs define how Algosure measures executive briefings, performance reviews, monthly reports, strategy reviews, KPI collection, insights, decision preparation, approval agendas, risk escalations, Board Room reviews, action tracking, and lessons learned.

Why This Exists

Executive reporting must be measured as an operating capability. KPIs help Executive Office, Business Intelligence, Analytics, AIOS governance, and the customer understand whether reporting improves decisions, approvals, risks, and actions.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Executive Office owns executive coordination performance. Analytics owns reporting views and KPI snapshots. Source Domains retain source fact ownership.

Business Value

KPIs improve reporting timeliness, decision quality, approval discipline, risk response, action completion, and executive trust.
