| Tender Compliance Requirement | Requirement specific to a procurement opportunity or tender. |
| Compliance Document | Document used as compliance evidence. |
| Compliance Evidence | Evidence linked to a compliance requirement. |
| Verification Record | Record of review and verification outcome. |
| Procurement Readiness Score | Score representing compliance readiness. |
| Compliance Risk | Risk caused by missing, expired, weak, conflicting, or unverified evidence. |
| Compliance Gap | Missing or insufficient compliance coverage. |
| SARS | South African Revenue Service context, commonly relevant to tax compliance. |
| CIPC | Companies and Intellectual Property Commission context, commonly relevant to company registration evidence. |
| CSD | Central Supplier Database context, commonly relevant to public procurement supplier status. |
| CIDB | Construction Industry Development Board context, relevant to construction procurement. |
| COIDA | Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act context where required. |
| B-BBEE | Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment evidence and level context. |
| AI Compliance Suggestion | Intelligence-generated suggestion requiring Compliance review before it changes state. |
