This document maps Practices to the capability areas they own.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Capability mapping creates a stable bridge between the operating model and the Business Capability Catalogue.
Mapping Principles¶
- Every business capability must have one owning Practice.
- Capabilities are more stable than implementations.
- Digital Professionals execute capabilities but do not own business facts.
- Domains provide facts, rules, events, and lifecycle for capability execution.
- SOPs define how capabilities operate.

Mapping Requirement¶
Every capability must map to:
- Practice.
- Digital Professional.
- SOP.
- KPI.
- Data.
- Business outcome.
- Owning domain.
If a capability cannot be mapped this way, it is not ready for implementation.
