Practice Collaboration¶
Why This Exists¶
This document defines how Practices collaborate across the Algosure Digital Procurement Company.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Procurement outcomes require coordinated work. Practice collaboration prevents silos and ensures compliance, opportunity discovery, bid management, contract delivery, funding, learning, analytics, and administration work together.

Executive Office Coordination¶
Ari coordinates Practices from the Executive Office. Ari acts as Chief Procurement Officer, helping align priorities, business outcomes, Practice work, and executive decisions.
Ava manages approvals, schedules, reminders, executive administration, and operational coordination. Ava ensures that required decisions, meetings, follow-ups, and administrative actions are visible and timely.

Collaboration Rules¶
- Practices collaborate through defined workflows and events.
- Handoffs must preserve ownership of source facts.
- Executive Office coordinates but does not replace Practice accountability.
- Meetings should produce decisions, actions, escalations, or updated priorities.
- Collaboration should be visible through KPIs and dashboards.
