Bid planning Coordinate plan, timeline, responsibilities, and dependencies.
Task coordination Track bid tasks, owners, blockers, and due dates.
Proposal preparation Coordinate proposal drafts, sections, evidence, and review.
SBD form coordination Coordinate standard bid document preparation where applicable.
Pricing coordination Coordinate pricing workbook, BOQ references, and pricing review.
Approval coordination Route submission approvals through Executive Office and Bid workflows.
Submission readiness Coordinate checklist, electronic submission support, or manual submission pack.
Outcome capture Coordinate bid outcome, loss feedback, and lessons learned.
