This document defines governance for Supplier Marketplace.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Governance Rules

• Supplier Domain owns supplier relationship and performance facts.
• Marketplace Domain owns listing, discovery, search, request, matching, and workflow state.
• Contract may request support but does not own supplier profile facts.
• Intelligence may recommend providers but Marketplace owns display workflow records.
• Executive Office coordinates strategic escalations.
