Why This Exists¶
This document defines the long-term vision for the Supplier Domain.
The Supplier Domain exists so the Digital Procurement Company can understand, manage, evaluate, and improve supplier relationships as durable procurement assets.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
The Supplier Domain creates value by improving sourcing quality, supplier trust, quote reliability, contract delivery support, preferred supplier management, and supplier performance learning.
Vision Statement¶
The Supplier Domain will become the governed supplier relationship and performance layer of Algosure: a reliable supplier memory that helps customers identify, evaluate, coordinate, and improve supplier participation across procurement work.
From Supplier List To Supplier Intelligence¶

Intelligence Partnership¶
Intelligence may recommend suppliers based on fit, quote history, response time, performance, ratings, reviews, and previous contracts. Supplier owns supplier facts and performance records. AI recommendations become Supplier state only through approved Supplier actions.
Future Evolution¶
Future evolution may include supplier trust scoring, quote response prediction, supplier performance benchmarking, preferred supplier strategy, supplier risk indicators, supplier recommendation explanations, and contract-to-supplier learning loops.
