Example 1: Public Cleaning Tender Workspace

An organization chooses to pursue a public cleaning tender.

Bid behavior:

  • Creates Tender Workspace from TenderOpportunityId.
  • Builds Bid Plan around submission deadline and briefing notes.
  • Creates tasks for company profile, methodology, SBD forms, and pricing.
  • References Compliance readiness for tax and B-BBEE evidence.
  • Assembles submission pack after approval.

Example 2: Construction Tender With BOQ

A construction tender includes BOQ pricing requirements.

Bid behavior:

  • Tracks BOQ reference.
  • Creates pricing workbook.
  • Assigns pricing review task.
  • Links SBD form preparation.
  • Requires approval before final submission pack.

Example 3: AI-Assisted Proposal Section

Intelligence drafts an executive summary.

Bid behavior:

  • Records AI draft suggestion.
  • Human or Digital Professional reviews content.
  • Accepted content becomes Proposal Section state.
