Opportunity Review Review newly discovered and recommended tenders. Daily or configured cadence. Nova Saved, watched, dismissed, or reviewed opportunities.
Tender Qualification Review Assess fit, eligibility, compliance risk, deadline risk, and strategic value. Event-triggered. Nova Qualification outcome.
Bid/No-Bid Review Frame pursuit decision and recommendation. Event-triggered. Nova with Ari when strategic. Pursue, do not pursue, watch, or defer.
Briefing And Deadline Review Review compulsory briefings and urgent deadlines. Daily where active tenders exist. Nova and Ava. Reminder and escalation actions.
Opportunity Pipeline Review Review pipeline quality, saved opportunities, watchlists, and conversion. Weekly. Nova with Pulse. Pipeline actions and KPI review.

Meeting Rules

  • Meetings must produce a decision, action, watchlist update, handoff, or no-action record.
  • Bid/no-bid support must separate facts from recommendation.
  • Strategic or high-risk opportunities should be visible to Executive Office.
  • Handoff meetings must include Bid Management when pursuit is approved.
