This document defines the meeting and coordination cadence for the Procurement Intelligence Practice.

Meeting Rules¶
- Meetings must produce a decision, action, watchlist update, handoff, or no-action record.
- Bid/no-bid support must separate facts from recommendation.
- Strategic or high-risk opportunities should be visible to Executive Office.
- Handoff meetings must include Bid Management when pursuit is approved.
