Why This Exists¶
This document defines policies that govern Supplier behavior and event reactions.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Policies make supplier profile creation, relationship management, quote handling, performance recording, ratings, reviews, and trust updates consistent.

Intelligence may recommend suppliers or trust changes. Supplier policies decide whether those recommendations become Supplier state.
