This document defines policies that govern Supplier behavior and event reactions.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value

Policies make supplier profile creation, relationship management, quote handling, performance recording, ratings, reviews, and trust updates consistent.

Supplier Relationship Policy Customer links to supplier. Relationship status and owner. SupplierRelationshipCreated.
Supplier Capability Policy Capability is added. Whether capability is accepted or needs review. SupplierCapabilityAdded.
Quote Validity Policy Quote is received or expiry approaches. Whether quote is active, expired, accepted, or rejected. Quote status update.
Performance Recording Policy Contract performance signal received. Whether performance record is accepted. SupplierPerformanceRecorded.
Rating Review Policy Rating or review submitted. Whether rating/review is accepted, rejected, or moderated. SupplierRatingAdded or SupplierReviewAdded.
Preferred Supplier Policy Supplier is marked preferred. Whether preferred status is allowed. SupplierPreferred.
Trust Update Policy Profile, quote, performance, rating, or review changes. New supplier trust level. SupplierTrustUpdated.
AI Recommendation Review Policy Intelligence recommends supplier update. Accept, reject, or review. Approved Supplier action or rejection.
