Why This Exists¶
This foundation defines how the Algosure Blueprint is documented, governed, linked, versioned, and maintained.
Algosure is the world's first AI Digital Procurement Company. It is not just tender software. The Blueprint is the master design for building Algosure as an AI-native Digital Enterprise made up of Practices, Digital Professionals, Business Capabilities, SOPs, Organizational Memory, AI reasoning, and executable workflows.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
This foundation creates a consistent, auditable knowledge base for building Algosure as an enterprise system. It reduces ambiguity, prevents duplicated ownership, and keeps product, organizational, and software decisions aligned.
