Contract Delivery Process Wave 1

Executive Summary

The Contract Delivery process wave defines the end-to-end business process from contract award onboarding to contract closeout. It describes how Algosure onboards contracts, coordinates kickoff, plans milestones, manages deliverables, coordinates suppliers, assesses funding readiness, monitors risk, manages variations, tracks invoices and payments, reviews performance, closes contracts, and captures lessons learned.

Why This Exists

Awarded contracts create delivery obligations, supplier dependencies, cash-flow exposure, invoice and payment tracking needs, risk signals, performance expectations, and closeout requirements. These must be managed as governed operating work within the Algosure Digital Procurement Company.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Contract Delivery owns most contract execution processes. Supplier Marketplace, Funding, Business Intelligence, and Executive Office own their supporting operational capabilities. Domains retain source fact ownership.

Business Value

This process wave helps customers deliver awarded contracts with better milestone control, clearer accountability, stronger supplier coordination, improved cash-flow awareness, visible performance, and reusable organizational learning.
