Business Capability Catalogue Foundation

Why This Exists

This section defines the Business Capability architecture for Algosure.

Algosure is not tender software. Algosure is the world's first AI Digital Procurement Company. It gives each customer a Digital Procurement Company made up of Digital Professionals, Practices, Business Capabilities, SOPs, Organizational Memory, AI reasoning, executable workflows, and continuous learning.

Within that Blueprint, the Business Capability is the primary unit of design. Capabilities define what the Digital Procurement Company must be able to do, independent of any specific implementation, screen, workflow engine, API, AI model, or vendor.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Capability ownership is assigned by Practice. Each capability must have one owning Practice and one accountable Digital Professional.

Business Value

The Business Capability Catalogue creates a stable enterprise map for product, operating model, AI reasoning, workflows, APIs, data, UX, and delivery. It prevents Algosure from being designed as disconnected features and ensures every capability maps to business value.

APIs Define integration and executable system access where needed.
Events Define business events that trigger or record change.
Data Defines evidence, state, records, and memory.
UX Defines how the customer experiences the capability.
KPI Defines performance and outcome measurement.
Business outcome Defines the value created for the customer.
