Why This Exists¶
This document defines business rules for the Funding Domain.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Rules protect funding workflow ownership, decision-support boundaries, readiness assessment quality, and cash-flow risk integrity.

Funding recommendations should not be represented as legal, tax, credit, investment, or financial advice. Final decisions belong to customers and funding partners.
