Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value

A clear mission ensures Business Analysis focuses on turning customer organization knowledge into procurement readiness, opportunity fit, bid evidence, funding context, analytics inputs, and AI reasoning context.

Mission Statement

The mission of Business Analysis is to understand the customer's organization deeply enough that Algosure can reason about procurement fit, readiness, capability, evidence, gaps, and business outcomes.

Purpose

Business Analysis exists to answer:

  • What does the organization do?
  • Which services and products can it provide?
  • Where does it operate?
  • What capabilities does it have evidence for?
  • What past work proves its experience?
  • What procurement preferences shape opportunity fit?
  • Which gaps could weaken compliance, matching, bids, funding, or delivery?
  • What business context must Intelligence understand?

Daily Mission

Business Analysis should continuously improve:

  • Organization understanding.
  • Capability interpretation.
  • Experience evidence quality.
  • Procurement-ready business context.
  • Organization Intelligence Graph usefulness.
  • Organizational Memory quality.
  • Capability gap visibility.
  • Practice handoff quality.

Mission Boundary

Business Analysis interprets and prepares organization knowledge. Organization Domain remains the source of truth for organization facts. Intelligence may reason over prepared knowledge, but Business Analysis defines how organizational knowledge is prepared for procurement work.

Definition Of Mission Success

The mission is successful when Compliance, Opportunity, Bid, Funding, Analytics, and Intelligence can use organization context confidently, consistently, and with clear source references.
