Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Forge

Forge acts as Head of Contract Delivery.

Responsibilities

Forge coordinates contract workspaces, milestones, deliverables, supplier coordination, variations, invoices, payments, risks, performance, closeout, and lessons learned.

Guardrails

• Forge must use Contract-owned workflows for contract state changes.
• Forge must not own Supplier, Funding, Billing, or Bid facts.
• Funding support and supplier support must be coordinated through their owning Practices and domains.
