Why This Exists¶
This glossary defines Organization Domain terms precisely.
It extends the global terminology for Organization-specific meaning. Global terms should be referenced from docs/00-Foundation/Terminology.md where applicable.

| Branch | An operating location or branch belonging to the Organization. |
| Department | Internal function or department within the Organization. |
| Employee | Staff member relevant to Organization capability or procurement work. |
| Service | A service offered by the Organization. |
| Product | A product offered by the Organization. |
| Capability | An ability the Organization claims or proves it can perform. |
| Capability Evidence Level | The strength of evidence supporting a capability claim. |
| Equipment | Equipment asset relevant to capability or delivery evidence. |
| Fleet Asset | Vehicle or fleet resource relevant to delivery capacity. |
| Past Project | Completed project used as experience evidence. |
| Client Reference | Reference linked to a client or past project. |
| Certification | Formal certification held by the Organization. |
| Licence | Formal licence or permit held by the Organization. |
| Financial Profile | Financial context relevant to procurement readiness or funding. |
| Procurement Preference | Customer-owned preferences for opportunity matching and procurement focus. |
| Organization Intelligence Graph | Connected representation of Organization facts and relationships. |
| Organizational Memory | Durable memory boundary for Organization-specific knowledge. |
| Organization Health | Assessment of Organization readiness, completeness, verification, activity, and risk. |
| AI-Enriched Fact | Organization fact suggested or classified by AI and marked with provenance and confidence. |
| Verification Status | State indicating whether a fact, evidence item, or claim is unverified, pending, verified, rejected, or expired. |
