Why This Exists¶

Learning must improve through evidence. KPIs help Procurement Academy, Executive Office, Business Intelligence, and AIOS governance understand learner progress, maturity growth, content effectiveness, and real-work learning impact.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Procurement Academy owns learning performance. Analytics owns reporting views and KPI snapshots. Domains retain source fact ownership.

Business Value¶

KPIs improve learner progress, procurement confidence, readiness, content quality, recommendation relevance, and executive visibility.
