Practice KPIs¶
Why This Exists¶
This document defines how Practice performance is measured.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
KPIs make the Digital Procurement Company measurable. They show whether Practices are improving procurement readiness, opportunity quality, bid execution, contract delivery, learning maturity, and executive control.
KPI Principles¶
- KPIs must measure business outcomes, not only activity.
- KPIs must have an owning Practice.
- KPI definitions are governed through Analytics.
- Source facts remain owned by their domains.
- KPIs should support Executive Office briefings and Practice reviews.

Measurement Boundary¶
Practices own performance accountability. Analytics owns KPI definitions, snapshots, dashboards, reports, and insights. Source domains own source facts.

KPIs should be used in:
- Daily operational review where action is urgent.
- Weekly Practice performance meetings.
- Executive Office briefings.
- Monthly capability improvement reviews.
- Product roadmap prioritization.
