Funding Readiness Process Wave 1¶
Executive Summary¶
The Funding Readiness process wave defines the end-to-end process for identifying funding needs, assessing working capital, matching funding partners, preparing funding applications, tracking approvals, monitoring risk, tracking repayments, closing out funding support, and capturing lessons learned.
This process wave is decision support and partner matching. It is not regulated financial advice.
Why This Exists¶
Tender pursuit and contract delivery can create cash-flow pressure before payment is received. Customers need a governed way to identify funding needs, assess readiness, compare partner options, prepare application evidence, track decisions, monitor risk, and close out funding support.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Funding owns most funding readiness processes. Contract Delivery, Supplier Marketplace, Business Intelligence, and Executive Office contribute within their operating boundaries. Domains retain source fact ownership.
Business Value¶
This process wave helps customers identify funding needs early, reduce delivery cash-flow risk, engage partners more professionally, track applications and repayments, and preserve funding lessons for future procurement work.
