This document explains Contract Delivery relationships.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Rules¶

Contract Domain owns delivery state.
Supplier and Marketplace support delivery but do not own contract state.
Funding supports cash-flow needs but does not own contract state.
Executive Office coordinates escalations.
