Compliance Readiness KPIs

Executive Summary

Compliance Readiness KPIs define how Algosure measures procurement readiness, document completeness, validation quality, expiry risk, renewal planning, tender-specific blockers, corrective action progress, escalation response, reporting, and lessons learned.

Why This Exists

Compliance readiness must be governed through evidence. KPIs give the customer, Compliance Practice, Executive Office, Business Intelligence, and AIOS governance visibility into readiness and improvement priorities.

Owner

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Compliance owns readiness performance. Analytics owns reporting views and KPI snapshots. Domains retain source fact ownership.

Business Value

KPIs reduce compliance-related bid failure, improve readiness before tender deadlines, reveal recurring document issues, and support executive risk prioritization.

KPI Governance

  • KPIs must be traceable to process events and source records.
  • Analytics may report KPI views but must not mutate compliance facts.
  • Pulse supports interpretation and executive insight.
  • Lex uses KPI evidence to prioritize readiness improvements.
  • Ari uses KPI briefings to coordinate executive escalation and customer decisions.
  • KPI definitions must remain versioned and stable.
