This document defines the lifecycle of supplier profile and relationship state.

Business Value

Lifecycle clarity helps customers manage supplier discovery, activation, preference, restriction, archiving, and performance learning.

Supplier Profile Lifecycle

State	Meaning
Draft	Supplier profile is being prepared.
Active	Supplier can be used in sourcing and coordination.
Under Review	Supplier profile, trust, or performance requires review.
Restricted	Supplier should not be preferred or used without review.
Archived	Supplier retained for history only.

Relationship Lifecycle

State	Meaning
Prospect	Supplier is being considered.
Active	Supplier relationship is active.
Preferred	Supplier is preferred for relevant work.
Restricted	Supplier relationship is restricted.
Archived	Relationship is historical.
