Business Analysis Practice¶

Why This Exists¶

The Business Analysis Practice is responsible for understanding the customer organization, maintaining business context, interpreting organizational capability, supporting the Organization Intelligence Graph, identifying capability gaps, and translating business information into procurement-ready knowledge.

Algosure gives each customer a Digital Procurement Company. That company cannot operate effectively unless it understands the customer's business: what they do, where they operate, what they can deliver, what evidence they have, what they prefer, and what gaps may prevent procurement success.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value¶

Business Analysis makes the customer's organization legible to procurement workflows, Digital Professionals, AI reasoning, and executive decision-making. It turns organizational information into practical procurement knowledge without taking ownership of Organization Domain facts.
