Why This Exists¶

This document defines the long-term vision for the Administration Domain.

Owner¶

The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value¶

Administration makes Algosure governable as a platform. It enables controlled operations, safe configuration, support accountability, audit review, and consistent platform-level administration.

Vision Statement¶

The Administration Domain will become the platform control layer for Algosure operations. It will give authorized administrators the tools to configure platform behavior, manage feature rollout, coordinate support operations, review audit activity, administer tenant views, manage policy configuration records, and maintain operational governance.

Coordinate without stealing source ownership.
Configure policy inputs without replacing enforcement domains.
Review audit evidence without rewriting history.
Support tenants without owning their business facts.
Control feature rollout through governed flags.
Preserve admin accountability through audit trails.

Future Administration Model¶

Administration evolves from basic configuration and support into a governed platform operations console:

Foundation	Platform configuration, support cases, tenant views, and audit review.
Controlled rollout	Feature flags and staged rollout governance.
Policy administration	Policy configuration records feeding Identity, Notification, Billing, and platform controls.
Operational governance	Review workflows, approvals, exceptions, and administrative accountability.

Definition Of Success¶

Administration is successful when Algosure can operate safely at scale, support customers effectively, roll out features with control, review audit evidence, and configure policy inputs without creating hidden ownership conflicts.
