Changelog and roadmap conventions.

Not Included in v0.1¶

Product capability definitions.
Enterprise architecture decisions.
Engineering standards beyond documentation standards.
Security control definitions.
Deployment architecture.
Operating model details.

Those areas must be populated by later approved specifications.
