Contract Delivery KPIs¶
Executive Summary¶
Contract Delivery KPIs define how Algosure measures contract onboarding, kickoff, milestones, deliverables, supplier coordination, funding readiness, risk, variations, invoices, payments, performance, closeout, and lessons learned.
Why This Exists¶
Contract delivery must be governed through evidence. KPIs give the customer, Executive Office, Contract Delivery, Supplier Marketplace, Funding, Business Intelligence, and AIOS governance visibility into performance and improvement opportunities.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect. Practices own process performance. Analytics owns reporting views and KPI snapshots. Domains retain source fact ownership.
Business Value¶
KPIs improve delivery reliability, executive control, supplier performance visibility, cash-flow awareness, payment follow-up, and organizational learning.
