This document defines the responsibilities of the Business Analysis Practice.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Responsibility clarity ensures Business Analysis improves procurement knowledge quality without duplicating Organization Domain ownership.

| Experience profile analysis | Interpret past projects, client references, outcomes, sectors, values, and evidence quality. |
| Operating region analysis | Understand geographic coverage, branch footprint, service reach, and regional suitability. |
| Procurement preference analysis | Interpret target sectors, tender preferences, contract sizes, risk appetite, and exclusions. |
| Business readiness support | Identify organization-level readiness signals that affect procurement execution. |
| Capability gap detection | Identify missing, weak, outdated, or unsupported capabilities and evidence. |
