Why This Exists¶
Marketplace Sourcing involves Marketplace, Supplier, Bid, Contract, Funding, Organization, Notification, Analytics, Intelligence, multiple Practices, providers, approvals, and events. Controlled language prevents ownership confusion and supports AIOS reasoning.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

A shared glossary improves process consistency, sourcing quality, onboarding, audit review, and cross-Practice collaboration.

| Quote Performance | Supplier-owned signal about quote timeliness, completeness, competitiveness, and usefulness. |
| Quote Comparison | Process of comparing provider quotes using price, scope, terms, risk, response, and fit. |
