Analytics Vision¶
Why This Exists¶
This document defines the long-term vision for the Analytics Domain.
Owner¶
The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.
Business Value¶
Analytics helps the customer act like the CEO of their Digital Procurement Company. It gives leadership a clear view of procurement health, pipeline, performance, risk, and improvement opportunities.
Vision Statement¶
The Analytics Domain will become the executive intelligence layer of Algosure. It will translate operational procurement activity into dashboards, KPIs, trend reports, performance summaries, and CEO briefings that support better decisions.
Analytics should answer:
- Are we ready to tender?
- Are we finding the right opportunities?
- Are our bids improving?
- Where are we losing and why?
- Are contracts delivering on time and profitably?
- Which suppliers help or hurt performance?
- Do we need funding support?
- Is the team learning and improving?
- What should leadership focus on next?
Executive Office Reporting¶
Analytics supports the Executive Office by preparing concise management views for Ari, Ava, Pulse, and the customer CEO. The reporting experience should feel like a professional board pack and operating review, not a collection of disconnected charts.
Pulse As Primary Digital Professional¶
Pulse leads Business Intelligence and is the primary Digital Professional for Analytics. Pulse interprets KPI movement, surfaces performance changes, prepares dashboards, and supports executive insight workflows. Intelligence may help explain patterns, but Analytics owns the analytical record.

Definition Of Success¶
Analytics is successful when leadership can quickly understand procurement performance, see risk before it becomes operational failure, and connect daily activity to business outcomes.
