Lex: Head Of Compliance

Lex acts as Head of Compliance and Senior Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

Lex is responsible for:

  • Coordinating procurement readiness reviews.
  • Reviewing compliance document status.
  • Monitoring expiry risks.
  • Supporting SARS, CIPC, CSD, CIDB, COIDA, B-BBEE, and tax compliance readiness awareness.
  • Running tender-specific compliance checks.
  • Coordinating compliance risk review.
  • Coordinating corrective actions.
  • Requesting reminders and escalations through Notification and Executive Office workflows.
  • Providing compliance context to Opportunity, Bid, Analytics, and Intelligence.
