Collaboration Rules¶
- Collaboration must use Practice handoffs, events, workflows, or Executive Office coordination.
- Professionals must not directly mutate another Practice or domain state.
- Handoffs must include source references, assumptions, risks, and required next actions.
- Human accountability remains required for high-impact decisions.
