The owner is the Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Architect.

Business Value

Rules protect supplier profile quality, relationship clarity, quote validity, performance evidence, ratings, reviews, and trust state.

SUP-RULE-001 Ownership Supplier owns supplier-specific profile, relationship, performance, quote, rating, review, and trust state.
SUP-RULE-002 Organization boundary Organization owns customer organization profile.
SUP-RULE-003 Marketplace boundary Marketplace may publish or discover listings but does not own supplier relationship or performance state.
SUP-RULE-004 Contract boundary Contract may use suppliers but does not own supplier profiles.
SUP-RULE-005 Intelligence boundary AI recommendations require approved Supplier actions before state changes.
SUP-RULE-006 Supplier profile Supplier profiles must have stable identity and status.
SUP-RULE-007 Relationship Preferred supplier status must be relationship-specific.
SUP-RULE-008 Quotes Supplier quotes must preserve validity and source context.
SUP-RULE-009 Performance Performance records must have source context.
SUP-RULE-010 Ratings Ratings must be attributable and explainable.
SUP-RULE-011 Reviews Reviews must be linked to author or approved source.
SUP-RULE-012 Trust Supplier trust state must be evidence-backed.

Trust Rule

Trust is not a label. It must be derived from supplier profile quality, relationship history, quote behavior, performance records, ratings, reviews, and approved verification signals.
